Important: Return or cancellation requests must be raised within 7 business days from the date your order is delivered. Only complete orders can be returned — partial returns are not accepted.

3. Approval Process
Once a cancellation request is submitted, our team will carefully review it. If approved, the return process will be initiated. Please allow us time for the review, as we strive to ensure each request is handled fairly and consistently.
4. Refund Timeline
Once the return is approved and the item received back by us:
- Refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank
5. Important Notes
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags
- Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost
- Non-Returnable: Custom products, final sale items, used or damaged books are not eligible
- Partial Returns: Not accepted — complete orders only
